As the only UX designer at the time, I run Lean UX for rapid iteration, to solve the problem of traditional Chinese character typing on Instagram Stories. The app "下筆 Fonting" has already be launched since July, 2022. The ranking on the App Store once got #1 of the categrory "Photo & Video" and even once achieved #1 among all free apps for a week.

The project was aimed to improve healthcare services in the hospitals. The consensus between the director of Digital Medicine Center of NYCU and our design team was to develop an mobile app to help the patients and their companions obtain essential information during their patient journey.
I structured UX research and designed user interface to help a department of NYCU build a new PaaS platfrom for self-hosting.
